We have identified coaching as a key service for our organisation and we have been repeatedly disappointed with the standard of other courses and training providers.
This course was different. We learned practical skills we could use immediately and confidently to achieve fantastic results. The trainers impressed us throughout both with their extensive knowledge and their generosity when sharing their experiences. One key factor for us was that the trainers remained flexible in their delivery to ensure our needs and expectations were met.
The appreciative coaching model was extremely useful as our client group traditionally focus on negatives and problems rather than potential positive solutions.
I have no hesitation in recommending this course, it has quite literally revolutionised the way we work.
The AI course was really transformational. The course clarifies the AI process and enables participants to take it away and start using it right away. Once I began to use the process with different groups at work I was able to see first hand the impactful and sustainable changes that can be made with this process. If you a coach/ trainer/ Organisational Development lead and are looking for a new 'powertool' in your facilitation toolkit, look no further!
It is all well and good for people to say 'look at the glass half full not half empty' and occasionally it has worked but following a course in Appreciative Inquiry it has given me the tools to work with. Whenever I have felt myself slipping back into the negative state of mind I have reached out for my new 'trigger', taught in AI, and soon recognsied and acknowledged my achievements. Whilst this is proving to be very beneficial for my own personal growth I am also using AI to deal with the many chanmges within my business. And in particular working with old members of staff and the new management team. I instill in them the confidence to recognise the talents and skills they all have and then how to blend them together to create a working partnership where we are all part of the whole.
There are no guarantees in life but AI has given me the tools to move forward in life and not languish somewhere thinking 'what if'.
Thanks to Andy and the excellent delivery of AI.
